In a stunning development in the AZ-04 race, the Club for Growth PAC has endorsed Arizona State Senator Ron Gould. The Lake Havasu City conservative has a strong record on spending and limited government but lacked the funding to be competitive against current AZ-01 Congressman Paul Gosar and Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu.

The Club’s support for Gould should very quickly move his campaign into the very competitive column. An endorsement by the Club for Growth usually includes a large cash infusion into the campaign’s bank account.

Washington, DC – The Club for Growth PAC today announced that it is endorsing State Senator Ron Gould for Congress in Arizona’s Fourth Congressional District. Current First District Congressman Paul Gosar (R-AZ) and Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu are also running:
