We have not even turned the page on 2010 and Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords is being targeted. Crossroads GPS, pro-Republican group linked to Karl Rove, is running ads encouraging voters to contact their Congressional Representatives and ask for them to support an extension of the Bush Era tax rates.
The message is only being played in 12 districts across America and one of them is AZ 8. Giffords won by less than 4,200 votes so Crossroads will probably be one of many groups running ads over the next 2 years. Below is a sample of the ad done for Gerry Connolly of Virginia.
