Disgusting! What fear mongering. No one and I mean no one with any brains at all could believe that the healthcare plan will lead to the killing off of elderly.
What ads should say is how many people get cut off of the health insurance they paid for…at the very time they need it most. The market does NOT protect anyone and neither does the law.
This, folks, is why we have Medicare. If any of you cut that program, I can tell you for a fact that my grandfather and grandmothere would be uninsurable and if they could get it, it would be thousands a month.
This is just ONE market failure of our current “market” healthcare system.
The deaths that you all hypothesize should be discounted for the deaths that ARE occurring on our current system.
You know it…you have family members that have been denied care or dont have insurance…bet me! But you choose to look the other way, because you don’t want the rich to pay more taxes.
That you all would gleefully use this argument to kill the plan shows your true anti-American colors.
