Ninth Circuit keeps Clean Elections alive

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that the matching funds portion of Arizona’s Clean Elections system is not unconstitutional. Specifically, the court ruled that while matching funds do help the publicly funded candidate, they do not impede contributions to traditional candidate.
